In Irancell Secure Private Network (APN) service, a group of corporate SIM cards exchange information with each other within a Virtual Private Network (VPN) over a secure infrastructure.
Service Introduction
The Secure Private Network (APN) service is one of Irancell’s integrated corporate communication solutions, enabling organizations and businesses to exchange their sensitive information over a secure, dedicated network. Using this service via Irancell SIM cards, businesses can connect to their internal networks across the country through a secure and private communication channel (independent of the Internet), and transfer required data to internal servers. Currently, in addition to the 2G mobile network, this service is provided over all of Irancell’s broadband network technologies.

Rapid Deployment
Setup and activation of Irancell’s APN service are completed within three working days.

Internet Independence
As an independent network, the Secure Private Network (APN) is not connected to the Internet; therefore, it is unaffected by any regulatory or technical restrictions that may occasionally apply to the Internet.

Depending on the customer’s network architecture and traffic volume, if higher bandwidth is required at the central node, a direct connection (such as P2P Radio Link, MPLS, or Fiber) must be established between the customer’s central node or data center and the Irancell network.

Yes. The modems and SIM cards used in this service can be relocated to any other geographical location within Irancell’s nationwide network, depending on the customer’s needs.
Yes, upon completion of the required forms by the customer and receiving approval from the technical department, the specified IP address ranges can be utilized for this service.
No. The APN service is recommended for communications with low data exchange, such as Point of Sale (POS) terminals. For interconnecting organizational branches, VPN Lite or VPN+ services are better choices.
Yes, if the SIM card with the secure mobile network service activated is a regular SIM card, it is possible to provide Voice, SMS, and Irancell’s Mobile Virtual Private Network (MVPN) services alongside it.
If you already own active SIM cards, the APN service can be activated on them. To do so, you only need to send the intended numbers to be included in the APN network via an official letter on your company letterhead to EB@mtnirancell.ir.
The costs for this service include a one-time setup fee for activating the private network on Irancell’s infrastructure and a monthly subscription fee for each supported SIM card. Please note that data usage charges vary by service type: VPN+ offers unlimited data, whereas APN and VPN Lite services require the purchase of a data package.
