Currently, it’s not possible. Requests for a corporate SIM card can only be made through Irancell’s central offices in Tehran, Tabriz, Shiraz, Mashhad, and Isfahan. The addresses and contact numbers for these offices are available on the website.
Your request must be submitted by an organization or company, and the following documents must be provided:
- A copy of the company’s establishment notice in the official gazette and the notice of the latest changes to the company.
- The economic code and national ID.
- The organization’s address and postal code.
- An official letter of request for the desired service on company letterhead.
- The original letter of introduction for the individual applicant as the company’s authorized representative on official letterhead with a stamp and authorized signature (for obtaining business SIM cards and modems).
- A copy of the company representative’s national ID card (for obtaining business SIM cards and modems).
You can purchase a corporate SIM card or other corporate products exclusively through one of the following methods:
- Send an official request on company letterhead to the corporate email address: EB@mtnirancell.ir.
- Complete the request form on Irancell’s corporate website.
It is possible to convert personal SIM cards to corporate SIM cards. However, converting corporate SIM cards to personal SIM cards is currently not available.
Corporate customers, using the account number and payment ID provided (in the proforma invoice or official contract), can make payments through the following methods:
- In-person payment at Bank Mellat branches
- Card-to-card transfer via Bank Mellat ATMs
- Online bank transfer

The cost of Irancell’s APN service includes an initial setup fee and a monthly subscription fee for the support of each SIM card.
Yes. To add numbers, you must send a list of the desired numbers along with an official company request to the email EBS@mtnirancell.ir. A similar procedure must be followed to remove a number.
The discount is based on a monthly subscription model, which works as follows: Organizations pay a fixed monthly fee per person, which is determined by the number of employees and their usage volume. This subscription then provides unlimited calls between individuals within the organization.
Using a static IP address is possible for TD-LTE SIM cards as well as SIM cards that have the APN service.
Note: This IP is not a valid public Internet IP.
Organizations or companies can send their desired USSD code in an official letter, stamped, to EB@mtnirancell.ir. If the requested code does not conflict with bank IBAN (Sheba) codes or other organization’s reserved codes, it will be reserved for the organization.
Each USSD code is leased to a company or organization for a period of one year based on a bilateral agreement. The price of the USSD code is calculated based on the requested Transactions Per Second (TPS) and the type of number code.
No, no special tools are needed. Users simply need an internet connection and access the system’s web address to use all its features.
No, the system can only send SMS to Irancell numbers.
Users need to send an official request to EB@mtnirancell.ir and receive a proforma invoice. They can then pay it using one of the available payment methods. Once payment is confirmed by email, the user’s account credit on the MSDP system will be increased.
There is no setup cost for the MSDP system. Users can continue using the system indefinitely upon contract renewal.
A company representative can contact Irancell’s corporate sales department and fill out the advanced payment service activation form, providing the following information:
- Names of various groups along with each group’s manager.
- A list of the phone numbers that need to be activated with this service.
- Policies for receiving credit limit SMS notifications.
- Policies for automatic payments for groups, accounts, and services.
- Specific thresholds for automatic payments.
- Appointing a profile manager to handle advanced payment tasks.
Due to the ability to make changes to all SIM cards, only the profile manager and account manager are allowed to log in to the app.

Logging in to My Business Irancell requires access to the profile manager’s or account manager’s number and password.
Users can get their login password in one of three ways:
- Internet Account Control Password: If the user has not received this password before, they must go to the registration section of the My Business Irancell app or send a blank SMS to 130.
- One-time password: A one-time password (OTP) will be sent to the registered mobile number (this can only be the group manager’s or account manager’s number).
- One-time password: A one-time password (OTP) will be sent to the registered email address in the profile.
No. The account manager can only view and manage the SIM cards under their own sub-account.
Yes. When purchasing an add-on or a shared internet package, the invoice/receipt will be emailed to the person who made the purchase (either the profile manager or the account manager)
Invoices are sent to the purchaser’s email address (profile manager/account manager) and can also be viewed in the purchase history of add-on packages within 30 minutes. Additionally, the purchase history menu stores a list of purchases from the last 15 days.
Yes. At the time of purchase, the buyer can enter the email address of the intended recipient.
