Irancell’s Secure Private Network (VPN+) is the upgraded generation of APN service, creating a private WAN over a secure channel independent of the internet. This allows for seamless data exchange across any point within Irancell’s network. Irancell’s VPN+ provides enterprise customers with easy, fast, centralized, and integrated network management, enabling them to utilize hybrid mobile and fixed communication models (TDD-FDD) based on their specific needs.

What equipment is required to set up the VPN+ Secure Private Network service?

If the customer’s network structure and traffic volume require higher bandwidth at the central node, a direct connection (via MPLS, P2P Radio Link, or Fiber) must be established between the customer’s central point or data center and Irancell’s network.

Is the traffic consumption limited in the VPN+ Secure Private Network service?

No. Data usage is unlimited in the VPN+ service. However, in the VPN Lite and APN services, consumption is calculated based on volume (data packages).

How can customers access support services? Is on-site support available for subscribers of this service?

Support is available via email at EB@mtnirancell.ir. Subscribers can submit their requests, and our experts will contact them as soon as possible. Free on-site support is also available for the VPN+ service.

How is communication security ensured in Irancell’s VPN+ Secure Private Network service?

To enhance security, subscribers of this service can utilize encryption protocols such as IPsec for their internal communications.

Is it possible to relocate network points in the VPN+ Secure Private Network service?

Yes. The modems and SIM cards used in Irancell’s Secure Private Network can be moved to any other geographical location covered by Irancell’s nationwide network, based on customer needs.

Is it possible to use custom private (non-public) IP ranges on VPN+ Secure Private Network service SIM cards?

Yes. After the customer completes the relevant forms and upon technical department approval, the specified IP ranges can be used for this service.

Is it possible to provide other services like Voice and SMS on SIM cards within a Secure Private Network?

If the SIM card with the active Secure Private Network service is a regular one, it is possible to provide Voice and SMS services, as well as Irancell’s Mobile Virtual Private Network (MVPN) alongside it.

To use Irancell’s Secure Private Network, is it necessary to purchase new SIM cards, or can existing active SIM cards be used?

If you own the SIM cards, you can activate the VPN+ service on them. To do this, simply send the intended numbers in an official letter on your company letterhead to our email address: EB@mtnirancell.ir.

What does the cost of the Secure Private Network service include?

The cost of using Irancell’s Corporate VPN service includes the private network activation fee on Irancell’s infrastructure and a monthly subscription fee for the support of each SIM card. Traffic costs vary depending on the service type: usage is unlimited for the VPN+ service, while for APN/VPN Lite services, a volume-based package must be purchased.
