  • Is it possible to purchase corporate SIM Cards from Irancell service centers and/or dealers?

    Unfortunately, this is not possible at the present time and you can make your requests for corporate SIM Cards solely through Irancell’s headquarters in Tehran and offices in Tabriz, Shiraz, Mashhad and Isfahan (their address and contact details are available on the website).

  • How can we make a request for corporate SIM Card and/or products?

    You can purchase corporate SIM Cards and/or products solely through the following ways:

    • Sending the official request written on the company’s letterhead toEB@mtnirancell.ir
    • Completing the application form on Irancell’s official website.
  • What are the required conditions and documents for receiving corporate SIM Cards and products?

    Requests for such SIM Cards and products must be submitted by an organization and/or a company and the following documents need to be provided:

    • A copy of the incorporation notice published in the Official Gazette and the notice including the most recent changes of the company
    • Taxpayer Identification Number and National ID
    • Address and postal code
    • The official letter for requesting the desired service printed on the company’s letterhead
    • The original letter of introduction of the requester as the fully-authorized representative of the company, printed on its official letterhead and bearing its signature and seal (for getting corporate SIM Card and modem)
    • A copy of representative’s National ID Card (for getting corporate SIM Card and modem)
  • How can we make a request for changing the ownership of corporate SIM Cards?

    In order to change the ownership of corporate SIM Cards, you need to send the following documents to EB@mtnirancell.ir

    • Company’s letter of request for the transfer of specified persons’ SIM Cards ownership to the company
    • List of respective SIM Cards
    • Natural persons’ letter of consent bearing their signature and fingerprint and providing their full consent for the transfer of personal SIM Cards ownership to the company
    • Registration documents
  • Is it possible to switch personal SIM Cards for corporate ones or vice versa?

    Personal SIM Cards could be switched to corporate ones, however it is not currently possible to switch corporate SIM Cards to personal ones.

  • How can we pay the costs of purchasing SIM Cards and products and settle monthly bills?

    Using the account number and the payment identification number mentioned in the proforma invoice and/or the official agreement, corporate customers can make the payments in one of the following ways:

    Approaching Bank Mellat and making the payment in person
    Making card-to-card transfer from Bank Mellat ATMs
    Transferring via the Internet

  • In order to enjoy 4G network while using APN service, do we need to swap our SIM Cards only or certain configurations need to be set up by Irancell as well?

    In addition to SIM Card swapping, specific configurations should be set up in Irancell’s network. For more information, please contact 09377140000.

  • Is it possible to manage the SIM Cards using an integrated panel?

    Yes.

  • Can other services such as Voice and SMS be offered on APN SIM Cards?

    Yes, the said services can be provided on APN SIM Cards unless the customer wishes them to be canceled.

  • Can we use our current SIM Cards for APN service or we need to buy new ones?

    Yes, you may use your current SIM Cards. But the respective MSISDNs need to be announced to Irancell, in an official letter on the company’s letterhead, for activation.

  • Is it possible to use APN service in all GPRS-covered areas?

    Yes.

  • Is SLA included in the APN Agreement?

    Please refer to the Agreement.

  • What can be used to establish the connection between customers server and the server of Irancell?

    Internet, Intranet, fiber, radio, E1

  • Does Irancell install the modem for APN service itself, as the case is with VPN service?

    No, at the present time, modems should be installed and activated by subscribers themselves, and of course they will be provided with the required guidance in this regard.

  • Is it possible to use the Internet and APN network simultaneously on a single SIM Card?

    No.

  • Is it possible to conduct the APN TEST?

    Yes, in order to perform the test, send a written request with the subject of APN TEST to EB@mtnirancell.ir,and wait for the sales executive of Irancell to contact you within the next 48 hours.

  • Is it possible to add/omit an MSISDN in order to activate/deactivate the service for that?

    Yes, in order to do so, you need to send the list of your desired MSISDNs to be added/omitted along with a formal letter of request to the following email: EBS@mtnirancell.ir

  • In what ways does this service reduce the costs of intra- group organizational calls?

    This service offers a discount which can be used by organizations and companies in either of the following two ways:

    Monthly subscription: As the first option, organizations can pay, based on the number of their staff and their usage amount, a fixed monthly subscription fee for each person and bring their personnel the joy of having unlimited calls with each other.
    Discount on intra-group calls: In the second option, organizations can get a discount on intra-group calls instead of paying a monthly subscription fee.

  • What needs to be done for activating Advanced Top up service?

    The Company representative may contact EB Division and complete service activation form for submitting the following information to Irancell:

    Name of different groups together with the list of each group’s manager
    List of MSISDNs for service activation
    Policy for receiving credit limit SMS notification
    Policy for groups, accounts and services automatic payment
    Specific thresholds for automatic payment
    Profile administrator detail for doing advanced payment related tasks

  • Is it necessary to install a software on PC or to have a special hardware to be able to use the system?

    No. To be able to use the system, you only need Internet access to enter the system.

  • Is it possible to send SMS through this system to Non-Irancell numbers?

    No. It is only possible to send SMS to Irancell subscribers.

  • How can a user purchase credit or airtime for sending SMS?

    The user can send a formal request to EB@mtnirancell.ir and then pay the bill using either of the payment methods. By sending an email to the effect that the bill is paid, the credit will be increased at MSDP system.

  • What is the basis for calculating the launch fee of MSDP system?

    There is no charge for launching the system. By extending the agreement, the user can have a life time access to the system.

  • Is it possible to have a server at Irancell Company?

    No. It is only possible to send SMS to Irancell subscribers.

  • How can the desired USSD be selected?

    The companies/organizations may send their signed official request to EB@mtnirancell.ir.In case the requested USSD does not include the Bank’s IBAN and/or the USSD reserved by other organizations, such USSD can be reserved.

  • What is the basis for calculating the price of USSD service?

    Each USSD will be available for rent for a period of one year, based on the mutual agreement signed with the company/organization. The USSD price will be calculated based on the number of transactions per second on requested TPS and type of code number.

  • How can the desired USSD be selected?

    The companies/organizations may send their signed official request to EB@mtnirancell.ir. In case the requested USSD does not include the Bank’s IBAN and/or the USSD reserved by other organizations, such USSD can be reserved.

  • How can the Mobile Advertising Platform be activated over mobile phone platform?

    Each USSD will be available for rent for a period of one year, based on the mutual agreement signed with the company/organization. The USSD price will be calculated based on the number of transactions per second on requested TPS and type of code number.

  • Is it possible to use IP Statics over WiMAX?

    Yes. In case WiMAX account is owned by legal entities, IP Statics service can be activated.

  • Is it possible to use IP Statics on SIM Cards?

    IP Statics can only be used on APN-activated SIM cards.
